I’m searching for my half brother who was adopted. Our father’s name was Charles Gregory Powell. All I know is that he met his mother in Aiken, South Carolina around 1988. I’m not sure of the exact year. He was later contacted by the mother and an adoption agency and he was asked to meet to sign papers allowing them to proceed with the adoption.
