I am the birth mother of a beautiful baby girl‚ which I gave up for adoption the day she was born. I knew that I was unable to provide a loving wonderful home for her at that time. She was born on December 4th‚ 1993‚ at Baptist Hospital in Columbia SC. I used an adoption agency located in Columbia SC‚ which is no longer located in the same office or in business. It was a closed adoption so I truly have no more information than that.
