Searching for 2 siblings or 1/2 siblings (same mother). That were born in up state SC‚ from records I believe adopted in GA. Possibly together. My birth mom’s sir name was Kelly and she lived in our near Landrum SC. At least from 1973-1979‚ possibly incarcerated. I believe she was in married and she herself had a brother named George Kelly. Siblings would most likely have been adopted thru DSS.
