I was born at tumor hospital in Sumter South Carolina and from there I was put in the orphanage in Columbia South Carolina. I was adopted by Jerry and Helen Butler from Burgess South Carolina it was outside of Conway South Carolina I was told when I contacted the office edge that my mom hot took her and her brothers in and they were unable to keep me because they were too many people in the house already also found out that my mom’s brother could’ve been my dad. it also said that my dad was in the military. But I have a lot of health issues and I want to know what my family might have because I have five children and seven grandkids and I don’t want anything to happen to them and we don’t know what’s going on healthwise
