I’m looking to find my sister, Laura. She was born in Charleston, SC at MUSC but her name was listed as Baby on her birth certificate. Should have been born in 1984, 1985 or 1986 in the fall and her father’s name was Mike Brown. Mother Lorraine Hankins. There was transition to DSS the year she was born so her records are not with MUSC. Lorraine was listed as abandoned on the paperwork/reason for adoption.
