Searching for my mother’s family for medical reasons. My mother was born at the Medical College of Charleston, July 26 1961 then taken to an adoption agency in Columbia SC. She was adopted around the age of 6 months. My mother’s first home town living in was Williston SC then shortly later moving to Bamberg SC. Her adoptive parents are Paul and Patricia Whitaker. They also adopted 2 other children a few years later after they adopted my mother. I know I don’t have very much info but anything is worth a try!
