I am searching for my son who was born on November 15, 1978 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. He was given up for adoption at our local Children’s Bureau. We had to do this because of circumstances beyond our control. We named him Jason Paul. His mother’s last name was Skinner and his father’s last name is Whitlock. Jason is Caucasian and at time of birth he had blonde hair and blue eyes. I listed myself in the South Carolina reunion register in 1999. I have had no communication from the family that adopted him. I can only hope that someday I will meet my son face-to-face, and tell him that I dearly love him!
