I am looking for a half sibling. My dad Tim Barber of South Carolina had a daughter when he was 16. Her parents forced her to give the child up for adoption. My dad who passed in 2019 never even got to meet her. I know she was adopted out of Columbia sc I believe. Born around march of 1973
