My half-sister was born around 1960. At the time, our father, Brian Ward, was living in Shepparton, Victoria. The girl he was going with had family in South Australia, where she had family. At that time, our Dad lost touch with her, and only heard through friends that a baby girl had been born, but that was all. Our half-sister has got 3 half-siblings - 2 sisters (1 who died when she was 6) and 1 brother. Would love to get in touch. UPDATE: Have recently found out that my half-sister’s mother’s name was Sandra Smith, and she came from Waikerie, South Australia. She worked at SPC in Shepparton when she met our Dad. FURTHER UPDATE: Our Dad Brian Ward passed away in Dec 2019 aged 80.
