I am trying to help my mother find her birth father her name at birth was Lydia Korostina but when she was adopted it was changed to Ruth Jean Eaton and her biological mother’s name was Valentina Andreevna Korostina Seay and we believe her fathers name might have been James?? She was put in an orphanage and adopted at 2 years old her date of birth is Jan 29, 1946. We would also like to locate a birth certificate of my mother.
