We have very limited information. We know that this male was born in the Dumbarton area of Scotland‚ potentially Vale of Leven hospital but we are unsure. The timescales that we think the birth took place is between January 1968 (unless the male was severely premature as the mothers previous child was born in June 1967 after only 5 months of pregnancy) and the summer of 1971. We believe his birth may be closer to mid 1968 - mid 1969 but again‚ this is guess work based on brief conversations with a family member. We are unsure if the mothers correct name is on the birth certificate‚ but her name is Miss Helen Lamb / Mrs Helen Steer. Mrs Charlotte Wilson and Mrs Lottie Dunleavy were family that she possibly lived with at the time and may also be mentioned somewhere in the documentation‚ or their surnames might have been combined with Helens first name. From what we are told‚ we do not believe his fathers name was put on the birth certificate. We want him to know that both of his sisters and his neice have just found out about his existence. We hope that he is happy and well‚ and we would love to get to get in touch with him.
