My unmarried Mum gave up her son for adoption in Greenock (in 1962). He was born in Hampstead London and they stayed at a Mother and Baby refuge in Hampstead before she returned to her family in Greenock. Her son was handed over to the adopted family aged 3 months. I have spoken to my Mum about this and she would very much like to know if you are okay. I also would be interested in meeting you‚ if you feel comfortable with that.
