I was adopted at birth on the 1st of November 1972 at Aberdeen Maternity hospital my birth mother is Eileen Murray but may have been Eileen Maul her maiden name, I have met her but she is very secretive about my father its as if she is trying to prevent me from finding him, all she has told me is that he took off as soon as she told him that she was pregnant but they had been seeing each other for approximately 9 to 10 months. I was completely honest with her when I met her but I just know she is hiding things about her reasons for signing me away before I was even born and considering what I have read in my file it’s not nice the things that she attempted to do as soon as she realised she was pregnant with me, I just want to know and if that means contacting my father then I will, please help me.
