I am searching & Looking for a Helena Low, born on the 16th July 1946 in Westbay Nursing Home, Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Her Mothers name was Eileen Hunter Low. Helena was adopted at birth & I’d be so grateful for any information, I am her half sister, as her Mum later married my Dad. There appear to be no traces of where she was adopted to, nor any agency....so any information would be SO welcomed! 🤞🤞
