I and the adopted child’s grandfather ‚ he was named Dylan at birth on 17 April 1997 and adopted immediately at time of birth. Dylan was born in the city of Elgin Morayshire Scotland ‚ his mother is sadie Scott Milne ( my daughter ) sadly she was 16 years old when the babe was born and not able to take care of her child. I live in Houston Texas USA I would be very happy to show my grandson that he has family who care for him and love him every day. Thank you
