My name is Sabrina I am looking for a half sister that would be in her 40’s right now adopted from birth. Name of birth mother is Barbara Higgins. Info on birth mother: DOB: January 2 1963‚ born in Regina‚ Saskatchewan CA. Would have been very young at age of childbirth maybe 16‚ give or take a couple years not sure exactly but from what I know at least within 15-20 years old is when the birth of the adopted female would have taken place (1978-1983). Also birth mother was hadicapped with spina bifida since birth if this info is relevant or not. This birth may have been in the Ottawa area or in Saskatchewan but I don’t know for sure. I also don’t know the exact year‚ month or hospital.
