Hello I am searching for my birth parents. I (female) was born in Yorkton Saskatchewan on Feb 19, 1972. I was given a small note from my birth parents provided by the hospital when I was adopted. I was originally given the name Tanis. It was indicated that my parents were both in university. If I recall correctly it was also indicated that one or both were of Ukrainian ancestry. I am hoping to find one or both or siblings etc.
