I’m looking for relatives of my father‚ who was adopted within a year of his birth in Regina‚ Saskatchewan. He was born on October 3‚ 1957‚ and adopted by a couple living in Winnipeg (where he would be raised). His original birth certificate was destroyed‚ and his adoptive parents were very defensive about the details of his adoption and refused to disclose any information other than the location of his birth and that his given name had been Eugene.
