I was told Kisa Kose was my birth Mom. I searching recently, I am feeling unsure of this information. I have no knowledge of my birth Father. I was adopted at the age of four from Apia, Samoa. I was apart of the Focus On Children (FOC) scam. I recently got a copy of my ADOPT- 215 form, which provided the name of the agency who did my Home Study. I met with another group and one of the people in that group indicated that random pictures were provided to us. So I now question what I thought was my truth and connection to home and my family in Samoa. I am trying to get a copy of my Samoan birth and adoption records now.
