My fiancé was put up for adoption shortly after birth by his birth mother for reasons we don’t know. He spent a year in an orphanage in Perm and was officially adopted by his parents around 18 months of age. His birth name was Alexey Korytov Pavlovich (I hope I spelled that right) he has tried different ways to find any biological family and even reach out to the adoption agency and has gotten no response. We have a few pictures of him from around when he was adopted but nothing before that and the records his mom kept are minimal besides his United States adoption paperwork. We don’t have anything with bio parents info or much on the orphanage besides it was located near an army base we believe
