Born January 15th 1996 in Yekaterinburg Russia. My mother was around 16 years old. My mother was 16 years old. I was adopted on August 25th 1996. That was the date of my adoption. My adoptive mother was Sandra Carol smith. I cannot remember the name of my birth mom. Although the name was long. And she was 16 years old. The dad was not listed on the birth papers. It was a closed adoption. I think it was the tree of Life adoption center.
