I was born in Vladivostok, Russia .. I have a older brother named Sergei(Half brother) me and him both got adopted at the same time , I don’t know my fathers or mothers name which makes things more difficult. We both got adopted in the early 2000s and the adoption we were at i don’t know the name but outside it was yellow and on the inside it had baby blue stairs.
