Yulia Vyacheslavovna Snigireva is my moms name. She was born in 1975. I was born in Kirov Russia and was at Kirov Children’s Home (Kirovskiy Dom Rebenka). I was adopted when I was 8.5 months old. (2003) I know that there are at least 6 siblings. I am in touch with one of them. HE is older. I would love to find out some information about anything at this point. I have so many unanswered questions.
