My brother George or Ruslan was also with me and was found with cigarette burns on arms. Birth father was unknown brothers birthday is April 15 2001! I am not here to judge anyone’s past I just feel like a part of me is missing and would like to get to know my birth mother, something that has always been on my heart! Was told my birth mother lived in a small town started with a K close to China border or something like that!
