I was born in St. Petersburg Russia in 1994. My birth mother had opted for a closed adoption‚ but had also left me with some info that there are potential siblings out there as well possibly nine or four of them. Not all of my paperwork was translated the best I believe? My adoption was done through the IAG group. I would love to find my birth parents or siblings. I do have my DNA uploaded on ancestry.com My adoption was finalized in October 1994 but my biological father never signed any of the paperwork not really sure why.
