I was adopted from Novosibirsk Russia, my birth name was Oksana Ginnedievna Permiacova, I was adopted through the CIS foundation with Peter Remples’ help. Involved with my adoption were two women in Russia, one named Tatiana, who worked at the orphanage, and one named Semma who my adoptive parents stayed with. My adoptive parents also brought a significant amount of medication and food for the orphanage, and they came with My mother’s sister who adopted two girls at the same time I was adopted, Olga and Elena.
