Hello‚ I am searching for my adopted siblings’ (twin brother and sister) birth parents. They were born on 8/30/1999 and were adopted by an Ohio couple in 2001. They were at an orphanage in Abakan‚ Russia. Their parents names were listed as Svetlana Goloschapova and Vladimir Goloschapov. It was reported that they already had “too many” children‚ so they could not take care of two more twins. My siblings‚ especially my sister‚ have always wanted to know their birth parents. Any help in locating Svetlana and Vladimir will mean the world to them. Thank you.
