I am looking to track down two siblings who have been adopted in the US (from Russia) back in 1999. It is in relation to Gennadiy and Galina Golovin (may have changed names) who have a sister Anna Golovin, father Gennadiy Golovin and mother Natalia Golovin (not 100% sure about spellings). They were both born in 1995. They were in the foster home in Belomorsk, Russia for a few months before being adopted by an American family. Please let me know if you can help track down their current location (as they are both no longer minors) and new names. Did you need me to fill out the outgoing case referral form, marking the service requested as "person tracing" (neither of them are children). I would like to note that I am a volunteer for the Russian television show "Wait for me" (translated) and have no biological relationship with either the siblings or Anna. Is it possible for me to be a representative on their behalf (they need assistance with translation)? Many thanks. Hope your organization can help.
