My birth name is Grigirieva Svetlana Aleksandrovna‚ I have a twin brother who’s birth name was Paul Aleksandrevich. I was adopted from Kolomna‚ Moscow but when I was adopted he was considered not adoptable due to a handicap. I do not know if he is still alive or not but I have no way of knowing and have very little information to go off of from where I was adopted from and the paperwork that my adoptive parents provided me. If anyone can help me with how to go about locating information I would appreciate it.
