I’m trying to help my boyfriend learn more about this ancestry starting by finding his birth parents names hopefully. He was adopted from Tomsk, Russia around 1998 with his twin brother. Their birthday is October 26, 1996. We do not have much information to go off of as his adopted parents have not provided that info. He knows his birth name was Nicholai but that is all the info I have.
