I was adopted from Niznhy Novgorod‚ Russia or nearby. I was adopted in december of 1992. I had a brother who was five at the time who entered the orphanage with me. His name was Eugene. My name on my passport was Ana. I want to find out if he got adopted. My parents tried to adopt him but couldn’t right away and the orphanage stopped returning their letters and calls. No idea if this is his birth date or not
