I am trying to help a girl locate her brother, or birth mother, or any family so she can learn her family history. Natalia was born Dec. 8, 1998 - we believe her full name to be Natalia Anatolievna Ksenofontova - but the middle name is not a certainty. We know from the adoption papers that she had a brother Jury (Juri) that was born in 1987 - his date of birth was listed as 6.11.87 so I’m not sure if that is June 11th, or November 6th (all other dates in the record had the month spelled out). Her mother was listed as Tatiana Bronislavovna Ksenofontova, born in 1956, and her father was unknown. Her mother was alive and Natalia was considered abandoned, at the age of 6. She was adopted by a US Citizen at the age of 7. Her older brother was an adult at the time of the adoption, but was in custody if I’m reading the paperwork correctly, and they had not been in contact with each other. Her DNA is on 23 and me, as well as ancestry in the search for any family history.
