Good Evening, My name is John Andrew Dickman. My birth name is Ionut Cobuleanu. I was born in Resita, Romania on April 5th, 1990. I was adopted from Romania on August 16th, 1996. My adopted parents lived in Cleveland, OH at the time. I lived in the orphanages for the first six years of my life and I never got the chance to meet my birth mother and father. I want to try and find them before it’s too late. I hope to one day find my birth parents. Best, John A Dickman
