I am Looking for my family.I was adopted into Canada in July of 1991 through private adoption . I have started the search a few months ago and have found out that I was taken out of Romania under another baby girls identity (the mother would have backed out last second adoptive parents in route already and they replaced me with her.. hence why the other little girls identity) . So the little I do know ‚ I don’t anymore. I could have been born November 1990 to March of 1991. We think my family might be local local to Targoviste where I was adopted from but not sure of much now anymore. It is said that I could have a sister 1-2 years older adopted to USA also in 1991. Birth mother would have been quite young ( adoptive mother thinks she may have seen her twice in the yard of lawyers house). If this story makes sense to anyone please help! Thank you. Roxana
