Searching for the birth mother of my adopted daughter, Laura (same name as her birth mother). Her birth mother’s name is Laura Moldovan. She lived in the Satu Mare Area of Romania, and possibly also in Arad County. My daughter was born in September 1995, in the village of Ghilvaci, Satu Mare County without medical assistance. And was admitted to Carei Municipal Hospital the next day. At the time of the adoption in 1999 she was in orphanage "Placement Center No. 1 Satu Mare" (or possibly Center no. 2, I have seen both 1 and 2 in different documents).
