Hi I was born Ian Balan in Romania. I was told that I was born in Bucharest in 1995 but then was adopted from an orphanage in Arad Romania in 1997. I was also told that I have a biological brother approximately 8 years older and that he may still be in Romania. I am currently living in the United States.
