I have two adopted children from Newport. Rhode Island. They have an older sister named Tara McGirr born at Newport Hospital to Elizabeth McGirr in April 1986. Tara was adopted to an out of state family- possibly a military family at 18 months+/-. through Rhode Island DCS. My children would love to meet her! Her paternal birth father was named James White and had relatives in Portsmouth‚ Rhode Island. Maternal family birth members have been searching too!
