I have obtained his Birth certificate from the state of RI. He was also listed in the 1930 census and I have not been able to find anything else on him after that. Both his biological brother (my grandfather) and sister (my great aunt) are deceased and had no knowledge of having a brother. They were both raised by their biological mother and father.
