My father is Toby Blaine Briggs. Liam Briggs is my brother and has the same birth father as me but we have different mothers. Liam’s birth mother is named Denise Andrade. I never got the chance to meet my brother and I have been thinking about him and wondering. Last I knew he was adopted by his mother Denise’s family in Warwick RI. Really hoping to find him and be able to introduce myself. Family is everything. If I calculate things right he should be around 13 years old now… I hope this site works. I myself was adopted at 13 years old. I don’t know his birth month or date so I just guessed on the previous questions
