My grandmother (deceased) gave up a baby boy in 1956 when she was just 16. She was sent to a home for unwed mothers but i don’t know the name of it. We recently discovered that Children's Friend and Services of Rhode Island did the adoption and the boy was adopted on May 1st 1958. His father at the time was an electrical engineer. Well this is still more to go on than we had before it's still not much so I'm hoping to connect.
