Hi - I am searching for a half sister born in the late 60s. My father was stationed in Kaiserslautern repairing Tanks for the Army. She was born after my father returned to the US and was intended to join him. I would assume his name would be on the birther certificate which would have allowed her entry into the US along with her mother. My Father recently pasted and was discovered shortly there after. All we had at one point was a photo of the baby girl and no name. I can provide you with my Father’s name and DOB.
