The name on my original birth certificate ( prior to my adoption) was Tamara smith. My birth mothers name was Susan Smith.I Was born in the Mater hospital in Brisbane,Qld.I searched for a few years and obtained all information available to me however sadly was not able to find anyone from my biological family.I believe that i have sibling that is possibly still living in Brisbane. I’m hoping that reaching out via this site might help with my search. I really hope I find you....I have also enlisted the help of the Salvation Army post adoption services so if anyone is looking for me please feel free to call them as they will definitely be able to help us to make contact.I am hopeful, nervous and excited to one day be able to thank my birth mother for the life she allowed me to have and to acknowledge the sacrifice and painful decision she had to make.
