Hello, my name is Catherine Moss, my father was Michael Joseph McCormack. Recently my mother and I found out that my father was adopted. Unfortunately we lost him in a car accident in 2003. He never knew that he was adopted. My grandparents were Thomas Joseph and Florence Ellen McCormack. At the time they lived at 16 Fifth Avenue Coorparoo, Brisbane. My mother recently applied for my fathers birth certificate of his birth name and discovered that his birth mothers name was Selina Catherine Matthews.
