Looking for my adopted son‚ Thomas Leo nee Fierce‚ born Sept. 8‚ 1971‚ at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver‚ BC. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. Thomas was about 1 1/2 years old when I placed him in foster care through the Batshaw Youth and Family Centres in Montreal‚ Que.‚ in January of 1973. His foster parents later adopted him. They had one child of their own‚ also a boy. I was told that the father was a contractor in the construction field‚ and that the mother worked in health care and was interested in pottery‚ crafts‚ artistic pursuits. I was also told that Thomas would be told about me when he was old enough to understand. Thomas has a half-brother and half-sister who would be very interested in welcoming him into our family circle. After speaking on the phone several times‚ Thomas moved to Winnipeg‚ Manitoba‚ where he found a job. He met my Mom and a couple of my brothers. When I told him that I was going to visit the Philippines‚ he took off and no one has seen him or heard from him since. I am 75 years old‚ living in Surrey‚ BC‚ and would like to see my son while I still can.
