Name given at time of adoption was Joseph Steeve Pulice. He was born at Misericorde Hospital. I was 15 years old at time of birth‚ my parents did not want to keep the baby‚ and I had no choice to give him up for adoption. I tried to locate him through Retrouvailles Quebec many years. They had located him but his parents never told him he was adopted. Now the law changed in Quebec‚ and I’m trying to to find him through the agency if he would be interested in knowing his biological mom.
