I am looking for the birth grandmother of my daughter. Her father was born on June 5 1969. I believe he was born in Montreal or in Montreal South shore. I think he was named Emanuel (Roy) ?at the adoption center. He has blue eyes and blond hairs ( almost white ). I know that her birth father is Algerian and her birth mother is probably named Rachel and has lived in California in some point. She has 2 other sons alter. She tried to find him in the past and wrote him a nice letter. He was adopted by a family living in St-Hubert, Québec.
