I am looking for Lucy Eastwood‚ my great aunt‚ and her descendants. She came to Canada from England as a home child in 1904 after her father died‚ her mother was placed in a workhouse and 3 of her siblings were also sent to Canada as home children. As per British Home Child policy‚ she was adopted because she was under 5. I believe she did contact her sister‚ my grandmother‚ but did get along with my grandfather and all contact ended. I cannot get information from the sending organization because I am not a direct descendent.
