I am looking for my biological family. I was told I was born in Montréal, Quebec Canada, but could have been Québec City or even the Sudbury, Ottawa, Pembroke area. I have no documents from the adoption. I was told the name of a woman who is believed to be my biological mother, however I am not sure that name was the truth. I was possibly born at Hôpital de L’Enfant- Jésus or Hôtel Dieu in Montréal, Quebec. Some medical questions have come up recently for my adult children and grandchildren and Im wondering if they were possibly inherited.
