I was born on August 28th 1963 in Montreal quebec. Since I had already been baptized through the Catholic Church I kept my birth name as Patricia Ann O’Reilly. My father was in the United States army stationed in Fort sill Oklahoma. My adopted parents are Daniel and Beatrice Victor. I was anywhere from 2 days to 2 months old at the time of adoption. I have done ADN a cat at my heritage and found out I am 66% Scottish or Irish. 22% Baltic. I have blonde hair and blue eyes. Since I am 56 years old I would like to try to find my birth parents or any siblings that might still be alive.
