I’m doing this search for my brother because he’s not very tec savvy and I can’t go help him because I’m in Alberta and he’s in Ontario. His name is Paul Boyer. We think his birth name was Jan Talbot. He was born in Quebec Canada In July of ‘65. He was in foster care until he was 3 when he was adopted. I know the Quebec files are open now but the backlog is horrendous. We will try every avenue available to find any family.
